NEW YORK (AP) - Hillshire Brands Co. is buying Pinnacle Foods Inc. in a cash and stock deal valued at about $4.23 billion. The companies put the transaction’s total value at approximately $6.6 billion, which includes Pinnacle’s outstanding debt.
