LETTER TO THE EDITOR: What about children of other races?

OPINION:

First, President Obama said that if he had a son, his son would have looked like Trayvon Martin. Now, first lady Michelle Obama said that the kidnapped schoolgirls in Nigeria remind her and her husband of the couple’s own daughters.

Though I admire the Obamas’ empathy, instead of helping to diversify our nation, they have helped to rigidify it. Do they also identify with white, Asian and Hispanic children?
