FLINT, Mich. (AP) - City officials are seeking volunteers to paint and remove graffiti from buildings and other structures in Flint.

The effort is part of Graffiti Free Day and runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Volunteers are asked to meet at 9 a.m. at the Salem Housing Community Development Corp. where they will be divided into groups and assigned to specific areas. A brief training on removing graffiti will be given.

Paint and other supplies will be provided, but volunteers should wear old work clothing and bring cotton gloves.
