TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Lovie Smith talks about making Tampa Bay relevant again, and most people expect him to do it with a stingy defense.

That’s only part of the equation.

The Buccaneers also figure to be better offensively after spending the first two days of the NFL draft adding playmakers for quarterback Josh McCown.

Barring a trade, the Bucs won’t have a selection in the fourth round Saturday. That pick belongs to the Jets as part of the deal that brought Darrelle Revis to Tampa Bay for one season.

Despite drafting receiver Mike Evans, tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins and running back Charles Sims, the Bucs haven’t addressed every need on offense.

They still could be in the market for an offensive lineman and possibly another receiver.
