CINCINNATI (AP) - The two biggest holes on the defense have been filled. Another running back is on the way.

The Bengals are happy with how the first two days of the NFL draft have turned out. They took Michigan State cornerback Darqueze Dennard in the first round, LSU running back Jeremy Hill in the second, and West Virginia defensive end Will Clarke in the third round.

Now, they could go for a quarterback on Day 3.

Starter Andy Dalton thinks they might take one on Saturday in hopes of developing a backup who will be around for a while. They’ve had three different backups for Dalton in each of the last three years.

The Bengals also will try to add depth to the offensive line.
