CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) - The University of Illinois has set up a webcam for the State Farm Center in Champaign.
The school’s Division of Intercollegiate Athletes announced the webcam on Thursday afternoon. The News-Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1kyJIbr ) that the camera is mounted across the street from the arena. The State Farm Center is in the middle of a $165 million renovation project.
The school plans a second webcam for interior views of the arena’s renovations.
The university also has webcams featuring the Alma Mater sculpture, the Quad, the Electrical and Computer Engineering building and the Blue Waters facility.
