CONWAY, Ark. (AP) - Organizers of the annual Toad Suck Daze festival say they will have areas for people to donate money to help victims of the tornado that killed 15 Arkansans.
The festival’s organizers announced Wednesday that collection points will be located throughout the festival in downtown Conway. The 33rd annual festival begins Friday.
All contributions will be divided among local chapters of the American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and United Way. The collection buckets will be located at all ticket booths and major events.
A fundraising event has also been scheduled Friday night, with Kris Allen headlining a group of local musicians.
