YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - David Ungerer scored six of his 20 points in overtime to lead Pullman to a 64-58 overtime win over Lynden on Saturday that gave the Greyhounds a title repeat in the Class 2A boys state tournament.

Ungerer’s fast-break steal gave Pullman the lead for good, 58-56, midway through overtime, and started an 8-0 run that sealed the victory. Lynden sent the game into overtime on a 3-pointer by Sterling Somers with 2 seconds left in regulation.

Tournament MVP Race Martin added 11 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out six assists and blocked three shots for Pullman (23-2).

Somers led Lynden (22-4) with 22 points, Scott Hastings had 18 and Jalani Phelps 12.

Joining Martin on the all-tournament first team were Ungerer, Somers, Hastings and Anacortes’ Ty Johnson.

In the third-place game, Ty Johnson led three Seahawks players in double figures as Anacortes raced to a 56-48 win over Lake Washington. Johnson led all scorers with 18 points, while Jordan Neville added 11 points and Andrew Medalia 10. Kelly Guy scored 15 points to lead the Kangaroos, while Drew Heimdahl added 13 points and Quentin Moore 10.

Earlier, Kage Sobotta scored 10 points to lead Clarkston to fourth with a 41-26 win over Mark Morris. The Bantams (23-4) scored the first six points of the game and led the rest of the way. Mark Morris never got closer than four points. Depaul Blunt and Trevor Sperry added seven points each for Clarkston. Sobotta sank two 3-pointers. He also finished with two steals, two assists and three blocked shots.

Grant Gibb led Mark Morris (20-7) with six points.
