LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - The Better Business Bureau has issued an alert following unanswered complaints filed by customers of a Lincoln furniture seller.

The bureau says Aliyah Rose Home Furnishings sold bookcases and other items at its Lincoln store and on the Internet. The bureau said it had gotten 10 complaints in the past three months from customers who said they paid for merchandise that was never delivered.

Aliya Rose owner Isaac Herron told the Lincoln Journal Star and Omaha World-Herald that he’d been making custom furniture for years but got behind on orders when he began using the Internet.

He says he’s working with the bureau to resolve remaining complaints.
