CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Bobcats coach Steve Clifford says Chris Douglas-Roberts will start at shooting guard against the Indiana Pacers in place of the injured Gerald Henderson.

Henderson is expected to be out at least through the end of the week with a strained right calf, according to Clifford. This will be the second straight game Henderson has missed.

On Monday night against Miami, Clifford went with the newly acquired Gary Neal as the starter at the No. 2 spot, but decided to go with Douglas-Roberts against the Pacers. Clifford says that’s due in part to wanting Neal to become acclimated playing with the second unit.

Douglas-Roberts is averaging 4.6 points this season for Charlotte (27-33).
