OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The FBI says a man suspected of robbing a Midwest City bank has surrendered.
Investigators say 30-year-old Christopher Fulton is charged with the robbery of the IBC Bank in Midwest City last Thursday.
A bank teller told police that the robber approached her and handed her a personal check demanding money and with the words “You Know What To Do or We all Die,” written on it.
The FBI says Fulton surrendered on Friday - telling investigators that he saw the robbery suspect’s picture in a newspaper and thought it was “his body in the bank, but not his mind” because he had been awake for four days after using methamphetamine.
Jail records show Fulton is being held on $40,000 bond.
