LONDON (AP) - England defender Kyle Walker has been ruled out of Wednesday’s friendly against Denmark because of a groin injury.

The 23-year-old Tottenham defender joined Roy Hodgson’s squad on Sunday but was ruled unfit to play by medical staff.

Hodgson said he has yet to name his team but confirmed Liverpool right back Glen Johnson will earn his 50th cap against Denmark after Walker pulled out.
