MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - A symposium on the prison infrastructure in Appalachia will be held at West Virginia University in April.

The three-day Educational Justice & Appalachian Prisons Symposium will run from April 4 to April 6.

The university says events will include roundtables with people who’ve been imprisoned, teachers inside prisons, corrections administrators, judges, law and humanities faculty, mediators, and members of prison book projects.
