CHICAGO (AP) - Real Salt Lake right back Tony Beltran has replaced injured Seattle defender Brad Evans on the U.S. roster for Wednesday’s exhibition against Mexico in Glendale, Ariz.
The U.S. Soccer Federation said Sunday that Evans is recovering from a calf injury sustained during a game against Toronto on March 15.
Americans players started gathering Sunday for the game, the last before the starting of the pre-World Cup training camp in mid-May.
