AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn police say they’re still investigating how thousands of dollars in football memorabilia and equipment — including jerseys worn by past Auburn stars Bo Jackson and Cam Newton — were stolen from the football locker room at Auburn University’s Jordan-Hare Stadium.

A police report indicates that suspects entered the locker room through a door, and that no force was required to get in.

The report includes a list of items stolen, including a 2010 national championship game football; jerseys worn by Jackson and Newton; and a helmet worn by Jackson.

Police think they have recovered all of the items, which are believed to have been taken between late in the evening on March 21 and the afternoon of March 22.

Three men face charges of third-degree burglary and first-degree theft.
