CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Laramie County District Court Clerk Sandy Landers says she won’t seek a second term.

The Wyoming Tribune-Eagle reports (https://bit.ly/1gJyi53 ) that Landers has served in the elected post since 2010. She was first hired in the clerk’s office in 1972 and has worked there ever since.

The 58-year-old Landers started working at the clerk’s office when she was a senior in high school. She started as a bookkeeper at the clerk’s office when she graduated from high school in 1973.

Landers says she and her husband want to spend more time together. He recently retired from the City of Cheyenne.
