CHICAGO (AP) - The Chicago Transit Authority says it has removed the train from the O’Hare International Airport station after it derailed earlier this week.

The CTA says it finished removing the train on Thursday. Now repairs need to be made to the station, tracks, platforms and staircases. The eight-car train derailed early Monday, jolting onto the platform and barreling up an escalator leading to the airport. More than 30 people were hurt.

The CTA says it anticipates the station will reopen sometime over the weekend.
