FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) - Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal will train for the World Cup at a different type of football facility.
The New York Jets said Wednesday that Portugal will be based at the NFL team’s training center from June 3-9 and go through five workouts there.
Portugal has exhibition games against Mexico on June 6 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., and against Ireland on June 10 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
The Jets hosted Tottenham before the 2010-11 Premier League season.
