BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota’s Public Service Commission is moving forward with a state insolvency case against an organic flour company in Harvey.

The PSC voted Wednesday to file paperwork in district court that outlines claims and payment recommendations against Earth Harvest Mills, which does business as Dakota Prairie Organic Flour Company.

The commission licenses and regulates grain elevators. Commissioners say claims against the company total more than $4.3 million.

A hearing on the PSC’s report is slated for May 14 in Wells County district court.
