The Obama administration’s latest delay in the enrollment deadline for Obamacare has enraged Republicans, who said while they’re getting used to the tweaks, it underscores the many problems with the law.

“What the hell is this, a joke?” Mr. Boehner said.

The administration says it will let those who say they tried to sign up by March 31 — the law’s deadline — have a two-week grace period to finish signing up. They will be on the honor system to say they tried to sign up before the March 31 deadline.

“Why don’t they just say we’ve moved the date to April 15, because that’s in effect what they’ve done?” Mr. Boehner said — though he also said it was surprising Mr. Obama kept making changes to a law his party wrote and that he himself signed.
