OSU wrestler arrested on drug, alcohol charges

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - An Oklahoma State University wrestler has been arrested in Oklahoma City on drug and alcohol charges.

The Oklahoman reported (https://bit.ly/1rtHrC1 ) Tuesday that 20-year-old Edward Klimara was arrested at Redneck Yacht Club early Saturday after a man told officers he saw Klimara with a bag containing a white powder.

Police say the powder tested positive for cocaine.

Online court records do not list an attorney for Klimara. An OSU spokesman says Klimara has been dismissed from the wrestling team for violating team rules.
