LOS ANGELES (AP) - Authorities say a nursing attendant has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a patient at County-USC Medical Center
The Los Angeles Times reported Thursday (https://lat.ms/OHtwJe ) that Terence Tekoh was taken into custody on suspicion of sexual penetration with a foreign object. The 25-year-old is being held on $100,000 bail.
Sheriff’s officials say the alleged assault occurred Wednesday in an examination room. The victim was waiting for a medical procedure.
Tekoh was employed by a private company that provides medical personnel for the facility. Officials say he was fired after the allegations were reported.
