MANDAN, N.D. (AP) - State officials have reinstated the license of an assisted-living facility in central North Dakota that had been subject of complaints about its services.

The Bismarck Tribune (https://bit.ly/1er3TGi ) reports that the state Department of Human Services reinstated the license of Lakewood Landing in Mandan this week.

Thirteen people were living at the facility at the time its license was revoked. It has capacity for up to 70 residents.

Lakewood Landing administrator Judy Pepple has said the cause for the license revocation was personnel issues that had already been resolved. But state officials dispute that.

Medical Services Director Julie Schwab with the human services department has said safety concerns at the facility included medication management and supervision of residents with memory loss.
