Two Dallas men are accused of raping a 13-year-old deaf girl in the garage of one of the suspect’s home while his wheelchair-bound mother was in the other room.

Jarvis Fisher, 19, confessed to raping the girl along with 20-year-old Lucas Martin, CBS Dallas reported. Both have been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. Bail has been set at $125,000.

An arrest warrant affidavit says the girl went to a park with another female about 7 p.m. last Tuesday, the Dallas Morning News reported. Mr. Fisher and Mr. Martin approached her at the park and asked if she wanted to have sex. The girl, who is unable to communicate verbally, texted the men that she didn’t want to have sex, police said.

The girl walked with the men to Mr. Fisher’s house, where she was raped by both men, the warrant said.

Mr. Fisher’s mother, 60-year-old Lola Wrigley, said she was home when the alleged assault happened but didn’t see or hear anything unusual.

“I’ve been trying to get over this. I’ve been up for three days,” she told CBS Dallas. “I ask God to forgive me. Jarvis got to get on his knees and ask for his own forgiveness. He got to pray and repent of whatever he did and let God work with that.”
