ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A man faces a potential life sentence after being convicted of murder in the 2010 shooting death of another man during a home robbery in Albuquerque.
The Albuquerque Journal (https://bit.ly/1p7KR9x ) reports that William Pagan-Rivera was convicted Monday of felony murder and second-degree murder with a firearm enhancement in the killing of Dwayne Johnson.
Prosecutors said Pagan-Rivera went to a home in northeast Albuquerque to rob one of the residents. A fight ensued and Johnson was shot in the abdomen. He died at a hospital.
