INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Prosecutors haven’t decided yet whether to file criminal charges against Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay following his arrest on preliminary charges of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Hamilton County Deputy Prosecutor Andre Miksha told The Associated Press on Monday that further details of Irsay’s arrest wouldn’t be released until if and when that decision is made. Miksha didn’t say when that decision would be made.

Irsay was stopped late Sunday after he was spotted driving slowly near his home in suburban Carmel. Police say the 54-year-old Irsay failed several roadside field sobriety tests before he was arrested.

Carmel police said prescription drugs and medicine bottles found in Irsay’s vehicle didn’t match.

Irsay is scheduled to appear in court on March 26.
