Thirty-six-year-old Lindi Paul of St. Peter and her 5-year-old daughter, Emma Paul, were killed. They were in the Caliber, which Lindi Paul was driving.

Sixty-five-year-old Michael O’Boyle of Marion, S.D., also died. He was driving the pickup.

The newspaper reports that a 4-year-old Minnesota girl in O’Boyle’s pickup sustained serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. The other passengers - a woman and an 8-year-old boy - sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
