MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Police say a third arrest has been made in the death of a Taco Bell manager who was shot and assaulted with a tire iron.
Montgomery Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Martha Earnhardt tells the Montgomery Advertiser that 22-year-old Gacolby Green was arrested on a capital murder charge Wednesday night and is being held without bond.
Police have said Vettia Roche was found dead Monday morning near the restaurant and two 19-year-old Taco Bell employees, Renauldous Chisolm and Kenneth Temple, have already been arrested on capital murder and robbery charges. It’s unclear if the men have attorneys.
