NEW YORK (AP) - Mayor Bill de Blasio says people concerned about relatives in the East Harlem explosion can call the city’s 311 call center.

De Blasio also said Wednesday that a hotline is being set up.

De Blasio says there are a number of people unaccounted for but suggests that some may have fled to safety.

The mayor says the city will make every effort to communicate and locate people who may be missing.
