LITHONIA, Ga. (AP) - State labor officials plan to help with a job fair in DeKalb County for workers who are at least 50 years old.

The Georgia Department of Labor says it plans to assist the AARP with a job and resource fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 20 at the Lou Walker Senior Center in Lithonia.

Department staff will be on hand to give applicants information about writing resumes and interviewing skills. Other resources at the fair include information on health care, housing and social media.

Participants must register online before the event, should bring several copies of their resumes and are asked to dress appropriately for interviews.
