NEW YORK (AP) - New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says an explosion that brought down two buildings was caused by a gas leak. Two people have been killed and 18 injured. A number of people are missing.
De Blasio says a gas leak was reported to Con Edison about 15 minutes before the 9:30 a.m. explosion.
