OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Authorities say a former Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent has been charged with two felony counts after prosecutors accused him of stealing answers for a certification test for law enforcement.
OSBI says Jerry Cusic was charged Monday with two felony counts of violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act and two misdemeanor counts of destroying evidence.
Authorities say Cusic was undergoing a certification process for computer investigative specialists. Prosecutors allege that surveillance video shows Cusic taking a hard drive from an examiner’s computer.
Cusic had worked at OSBI since 1998 and became an agent in 2002. OSBI says he resigned in November.
Cusic does not have a listed telephone number, and court records do no list an attorney.
