Let me see if I get this. The most powerful man in the U.S. Senate, Majority Leader Harry Reid, is bashing the Koch brothers for using their own money to discuss politics with associates in private (“Harry Reid: Koch brothers are ’a cult,’” Web, June 19). Meanwhile, Mr. Reid is using my tax money and secret funds from the world’s most vile Marxists to support an administration more secretive than that of Josef Stalin. Have I got all that right?

Mr. Reid needs to start doing the job for which his Nevada constituents pay his enormous salary — that is, to bring to the Senate floor the 240 bills and counting that lie gathering dust on his seldom-used desk. Mr. Reid and the rest of his Democratic Party buddies have become political reruns of the Marx Brothers and the Three Stooges. They are obviously jealous of the Koch family and the Kochs’ ability to be inventive entrepreneurs able to create jobs while Mr. Reid and his friends create poverty and ignorance.
