Speaker John Boehner blasted the White House over a range of issues — from Iraq to the blooming scandals with Veterans Affairs and the Internal Revenue Service — saying the perception of a casual observer might be that the president doesn’t really have a clue.

“You look at this presidency, and you can’t help but get the sense that the wheels are coming off,” Mr. Boehner said, The Hill reported.

Mr. Boehner also pointed to Mr. Obama’s overseas policy as a particular failure — a view that seems to be shared by most of America, given recent poll numbers finding the majority in the country don’t have confidence in the president in that regard.

“When you look, it’s not just Iraq,” Mr. Boehner said, The Hill reported.”It’s Libya, it’s Egypt, it’s Syria. The spread of terrorism has increased exponentially under this president’s leadership.”

Another security breach created by the president’s own policy hands: The mass influx of illegals, Mr. Boehner said.

“We’re seeing a humanitarian disaster, one of the administration’s own making,” he said, The Hill reported. “The administration’s actions only serve to encourage more illegal crossings. It’s another situation that appears to have caught the administration flat-footed.”
