Supporters of the ISIL uprising against Iraq’s government have taken to Twitter to send out a mocking message aimed at U.S. first lady Michelle Obama, posting a doctored photograph of the White House figure holding a sign: “#BRINGBACK OUR HUMVEE.”

The message is a play on the first lady’s own tweeted photograph of herself holding a paper sign to press for terrorists with Boko Haram to return the abducted Nigerian school girls — #BringBackOurGirls.

The supporters of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant were reveling in the fact that terrorists have managed to capture hundreds of millions of dollars worth of U.S. military equipment, the New York Post reported. Gateway Pundit first reported the tweet.

Social media users were quick to express outrage.

“We are now being openly mocked & clowned by Islamic militants,” wrote one Twitter user, the New York Post reported.

“Why were viable vehicles left behind? Disable them at least! DUH!” another wrote.
