One dutiful dad got a picture-perfect moment this Father’s Day weekend when he caught a foul ball one-handed while holding his son at a San Francisco Giants’ game.

Josh Rutledge of the Colorado Rockies hit a foul ball in the first inning against the Giants at AT&T Park in San Francisco on Saturday. The ball sailed toward the second deck on the right field side and right into the the bare left hand of a father wearing a Giants jersey. Holding his son in the other arm, the sunglasses-wearing dad thrust his ball-clenching fist into the air and nodded his head assuredly as the crowd roared.

Then on Sunday, the Rockies played the Giants again in San Francisco. In the top of the third inning, Troy Tulowitzki hit a two-run home run, and in a stunning coincidence, another dad cradling a baby caught the ball one-handed.
