New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has penciled in his second fundraising trip of the summer to New Hampshire, which hosts the nation’s first primary.

ABC’s local affiliate reported that Mr. Christie will headline a July 31 “Home Run to Victory 2014” fundraiser in Manchester, where he will appear in a skybox during a New Hampshire Fishercats minor league baseball game.

The Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays major league club.

Mr. Christie, the head of the Republican Governors Association, campaigned last month with Republican gubernatorial candidate Walt Havenstein. Mr. Christie insisted during the trip that he was there for the governor’s race and not because of presidential aspirations in 2016.

The station reported that tickets to the July fundraiser are running $45 and that those who fork over $2,500 can watch the baseball game in the skybox with Mr. Christie.
