An angry Orlando Bloom threw a quick punch Justin Bieber’s way, after the pop star reportedly made an unfavorable remark about the actor’s ex-wife — and the reaction from the crowd at Cipriani in Ibiza, Spain, was simply to cheer.
Mr. Bloom swung at Mr. Bieber, 20, when the singer made a rude comment about Miranda Kerr, one witness said, the New York Post reported.
But another source close to the pop star’s camp said it was the other way around — that Mr. Bloom took the swing first and that’s what led to Mr. Bieber’s comment, the New York Post said.
Either way, witnesses said the two were in each others’ faces, arguing, and that the punch — when it was ultimately thrown — missed its mark, the New York Post said.
Mr. Bloom and Mr. Bieber have not been on good terms from as far back as 2012, after Mr. Bieber was reported to have flirted with Ms. Kerr at a Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
That flirtation reportedly brought tensions to Ms. Kerr and husband Mr. Bloom, and the two separated in October 2013.
