Witnesses say more than a dozen people looked on and took photos of an alleged rape that took place at the same Keith Urban concert where more than 50 people were arrested.

A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped in front of concertgoers at a sold-out show in the Boston suburb of Mansfield Saturday night, a local CBS affiliate reported.

Police said some fans watched and took photos, some of which are being investigated as evidence.

Sean Murphy, 18, was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting the girl. He was among the more than 50 taken into custody that night, while dozens of others had to be treated for alcohol poisoning.

At least 46 concertgoers were taken from the Xfinity Center to 22 different hospitals, the station reported.

Mansfield Police said that a possible rape was reported on the front lawn of the venue. A witness said she approached the girl lying on the ground and asked her if the “event” was consensual. The victim allegedly told the witness “no,” police said.

Police said a witness pushed the suspect off of the victim and the suspect fled into the crowd. Witnesses then brought the victim to get help, police said.

According to the police report, Mr. Murphy “stressed that he did not force himself on her,” the station reported.
