I find it interesting how President Obama is treating Russian President Vladimir Putin in regard to Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 shootdown over Ukraine. It’s the total opposite of how he handled the Benghazi terrorist attack.

Mr. Obama lectures Mr. Putin on what he thinks should be taking place, such as the handling of evidence. Where was Mr. Obama during and after the Benghazi attacks with his demand for an open investigation into what actually took place? He was missing in action. The FBI team showed up three weeks after the attack and left a few hours later. I guess that would be classified a thorough investigation by this administration.

It is not really surprising that Mr. Obama was so quick to place blame for this attack on Russia’s supplying of arms to separatists in Ukraine. Yet he had a hard time calling the attack on his own embassy annex in Benghazi a terrorist attack. The atrocity was all about a video, as far as he was concerned, and that was supposed to be the end of the story.

I wonder how Mr. Obama would have handled a call from Mr. Putin demanding a full investigation into the Benghazi terrorist attack. When the shoe is on the other foot, it is a whole different response from Mr. Obama.
