The official Twitter account for the Israeli Defense Forces on Monday sent out a picture of the London skyline being bombarded with missiles and the caption “What would you do?” as fighting continued in Gaza.

“Hamas terrorists just fired rockets at southern and central Israel. What if they were attacking your home?” reads the tweet, which is accompanied by a doctored image of incoming rockets and an explosion over the Houses of Parliament.

An IDF spokesman told The Telegraph the picture was crafted by the military’s “interactive media branch” to illustrate what Israel is going through as Hamas launches rockets at targets in the country.

“It’s an iconic image. When people look at the image they realize what country we’re talking about,” said Captain Eytan Buchman. “If a rocket landed near Westminster, it’s not a reality that any country could tolerate.”
