Conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin lit up the airwaves with a rant against Jon Stewart, calling the “Daily Show” host a “twerp,” among other names, for his views on recent the Israeli-Hamas trade of rocket fire.
Mr. Stewart recently joked about the warnings Israel has given those living in the Gaza Strip about planned airstrikes, saying that the heads-up is of little use and wondering where would Palestinians even run for cover anyway.
Mr. Levin slammed Mr. Stewart as a “knee-jerk idiot,” Mediaite reported.
“Have you … seen Israel, you little twerp? Have you … seen what surrounds Israel, you little twerp?”
Mr. Levin then adopted a sarcastic tone and said, “You ought to hear this guy’s jokes about the Holocaust — he’s very funny.”
