FLINT, Mich. (AP) - A man who carried a loaded gun and wore body armor while seeing a movie near Flint has pleaded guilty to having a phony CIA identification badge.

Cassidy Delavergne pleaded guilty Wednesday in Flint federal court. He had a permit to carry a concealed weapon and wasn’t charged with a gun crime.

His attorney says Delavergne wore a CIA badge around his neck because he was watching the movie “Red 2” at Trillium theater in Grand Blanc Township. Theater management has said he wasn’t threatening anyone. “Red 2” is an action comedy involving a retired agent and his team of operatives.

Delavergne returns to court for his sentence on May 28.
