CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Investigators are looking at whether two suspected bank robbers arrested in Casper may have been involved in a string of recent hold-ups in Wyoming and Utah.

The unidentified man and woman were arrested Wednesday after their car crashed in an alley during a chase. The Casper Star-Tribune (https://bit.ly/1eascti ) reports that the man was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.

The couple is suspected of robbing a Bank of the West near the Eastridge Mall.

Police in Laramie are investigating a bank robbery there on Monday. The suspect in that case is described as a white man or woman in his or her late 20s or early 30s.
