GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - Comedian, musician and Great Falls High graduate Reggie Watts is featured in Bud Light’s Super Bowl ad campaign.
The “Epic Night” campaign began during the AFC and NFC championship games. Watts appears as a DJ in the back of a stretch limousine in two commercials. Arnold Schwarzenegger warms up for table tennis in one and Don Cheadle is outside of an apartment with a llama in another.
Rob McCarthy, vice president for Bud Light at Anheuser-Busch, tells the Great Falls Tribune (https://gftrib.com/1jXQIgX) the ad campaign is a story of surprise and being up for whatever.
McCarthy says Watts’ ability to integrate his musical talents into his comedy routines made him a natural fit for the campaign.
