MARIETTA, Ohio (AP) - Down 10 points with only 37 seconds left in regulation, the Wilmington College women’s basketball team rallied to send the game into overtime and eventually won.

The southwest Ohio school says it’s possibly the most improbable victory in its basketball history.

The women’s team revitalized its chances Saturday against Marietta with back-to-back three-pointers by freshman Hannah Haeseker from Germantown. Wilmington forced four turnovers in the final 30 seconds. It got within two points with 17 seconds left. After the Pioneers moved ahead by 4 points, Wilmington scored again and junior Spencer Robles of Clyde tied the game at 82 with two free throws after a steal.

Wilmington wound up with a 103-102 double overtime victory at Marietta.

The Quakers improved to 10-7 on the season, while Marietta fell to 8-9.
