NEW YORK (AP) - Mayor Bill de Blasio says 100 percent of New York City’s primary streets have been plowed.

De Blasio said Wednesday that all of the main streets were plowed by 6 a.m.

He says 90 percent of the secondary streets also have been plowed.

There are 6,300 miles of city roads to plow.

De Blasio says the storm was “challenging” but workers for the city have risen to the occasion.

Central Park got 11 inches of snow.
