BARCELONA, Spain (AP) - Barcelona’s club president says he would be “delighted” to appear before a Spanish judge considering whether to hear a lawsuit on the transfer cost of Brazil striker Neymar.

Team President Sandro Rosell says the figure of $74 million announced last June at Neymar’s introduction is correct.

The suit by club member Jordi Cases alleges a higher cost. A judge has asked Barcelona for Neymar’s contract and other financial papers.

Rosell says the team respects all its contracts. He adds: “That’s why I would be delighted for the judge to summon me for questioning so I can explain all the questions related to the contract.”
