PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - Maine police are linking the robberies of two pharmacies in the span of a week to one suspect.

Portland police say two CVS pharmacies in the city were robbed by a suspect described as being a black male in his 30s or 40s.

WMTW-TV reports (https://bit.ly/KtKBEc ) that the man waited outside for customers to leave the stores before robbing them.

Nobody was harmed during either robbery.

The CVS on Congress Street was robbed Jan. 12. Five days later the CVS on Forest Avenue was robbed.

The suspect handed a note to the clerk demanding cash.
