ATLANTA (AP) - Authorities say a man arrested in Texas will be returned to Georgia to face charges in the 2011 slaying of a tattoo artist.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (https://bit.ly/1jdnrB5 ) U.S. marshals along with local police arrested Terrance Lamont Davis on Thursday evening as he left a home in Killeen, Texas. He remained locked up at a Texas jail Saturday.

Authorities say Davis will be returned to Georgia to face murder charges in the August 2011 killing of 27-year-old Andrew Wayne Fortune. He was shot during a robbery at the Lithonia townhome where he also operated a tattoo business.

It was unknown Saturday if Davis had an attorney.
